This Privacy Policy applies to all websites on the tasktwo.com and expertwerk.com domains, including but not limited to www.tasktwo.com and www.expertwerk.com (“Websites”) as well as to all services provided by Expertwerk Inc. (“Us” or in the possessive “Our”) through the Websites (“Services”).

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on Our Websites, place an order, subscribe to Our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.

When ordering or registering on Our Websites, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card or other billing information, as well as information about the business you are representing.

We also collect usage and audit information when you log in to or perform any activity within the Services.

What do we use your information for?

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures designed to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

All information submitted through forms on the Websites, including all credit card and billing information, is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL provides industry-standard encryption and makes it difficult for a third party to intercept and decode the submitted information. Credit card information is then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider's database and remains accessible only to authorized personnel.

After a purchase transaction, your billing information, including credit card numbers, will be kept on file for purposes of automatic service renewal and recurring billing. You can change your billing information at any time, throughout the term of your subscription to the Services.

Upon termination of your subscription to the Services, all your information stored by the Services, as well as your billing infomation, including credit card numbers, will be deleted from our database, as well as from our payment gateway provider's database, in accordance with the terms of the Service Agreement, typically 30 to 60 days after the termination of your subscription.

Do we use cookies?

Cookies enable the website or service providers' systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. Expertwerk Inc. will investigate and attempt to resolve complaints and disputes regarding use and disclosure of personal information by reference to the principles contained in this Policy. For complaints that cannot be resolved between Expertwerk Inc. and the complainant, Expertwerk Inc. has agreed to participate in the following dispute resolution procedures in the investigation and resolution of complaints to resolve disputes pursuant to the Safe Harbor Principles:

  • For disputes involving all personal information received by Expertwerk Inc. from the EEA, Expertwerk Inc. has agreed to cooperate with the data protection authorities in the EEA and to participate in the dispute resolution procedures of the panel established by the European Data Protection Authorities; and
  • For disputes involving all personal information received by Expertwerk Inc. from Switzerland, Expertwerk Inc. has agreed to cooperate with the Swiss FDPIC.
